Cylinder Head Flange

Cylinder Head Flange of the mud pump is a key basic component that connects the mud pump cylinder head to the pump head (or valve box), usually made of high-strength alloy steel forgings. Cylinder Head Flange is not an independent component, but a core pressure bearing and connecting structure designed and manufactured in an integrated manner with the cylinder head body. Its core function is to provide a high-strength and high rigidity installation interface, which is tightly connected to the pump head with high-strength bolts through precisely distributed bolt holes, forming a main sealing surface to withstand the extremely high pressure inside the cylinder. At the same time, the through-hole in the middle of the cylinder head also provides guidance and sealing installation space for the reciprocating motion of the piston rod. The design and manufacturing quality directly determine the sealing reliability, coaxiality, and stability of the entire hydraulic end structure of the pump chamber.
